CBS Philadelphia's Jim Donovan emcees Carie Foundation event
The Carie Foundation provides assistance to elders and advocates for their rights. Jim Donovan spoke at the foundation's fundraiser Thursday night at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Guests enjoyed art, music food and a silent auction.
