Beaches in Ocean City, N.J. unlocked as Memorial Day weekend arrives
Friday is the unofficial start of summer, and Jersey Shore towns are filling up. In Ocean City, the beaches were unlocked during a ceremony. CBS News Philadelphia's Dan Snyder has the report from down the shore.
