2 people injured after plane flips over, briefly closing Northeast Philadelphia Airport
The NTSB and FAA are investigating an incident at the Northeast Philadephia Airport. Around 10:30 a.m. Thursday a single-engine Cessna aircraft had a landing accident and the plane flipped over.
