11-year-old boy, 2 adults hurt in crash on Broad Street in Philadelphia, police say
An 11-year-old boy is in critical condition at the hospital after a crash on North Broad Street in the Spring Garden section of Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon, police say. Two adults were also hurt.
