1 week after cuts, Tuesday marks first day with some restored SEPTA service

After student absences and latenesses spiked in the School District of Philadelphia in the days following SEPTA's service cuts, leaders pulled money from the transit subsidy in the city budget to restore key routes students need to get to and from school. Many of those routes went back into service today and others saw service increases to prevent overcrowding and passups. Ross DiMattei reports.
