The tractor trailer was removed from the scene and the two lefts lanes of traffic were reopened at about 8:30 a.m.
The accident happened around 5:50 a.m. Friday in West Fallowfield on Route 41 near Highland Road.
The accident was reported at about 6:25 p.m. at East Kings Highway and Route 41.
State police say a husband and wife were killed, around 7 p.m. Sunday, when the SUV they were driving in collided with a tractor trailer on Route 41 just north of the Delaware border in Chester County.
"Two thirds of the people injured or killed in red light running related collisions are people other than the red light runner themselves," said Charles Territo of American Traffic Solutions.
