President of the Philadelphia branch of the NAACP, Minister Rodney Muhammad addressed his concerns.
Minister Rodney Muhammad was elected on Saturday to head the more than a century old NAACP chapter.
"We have roughly 40 days before one of the most important elections in the state will take place," said NAACP local vice president Rodney Muhammad.
