Perdue Foods, LLC is recalling approximately 68,244 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken nugget products because they may be contaminated with wood, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.
The move includes over 782,000 vehicles in the U.S. and is part of the largest series of recalls in U.S. history.
Wegmans has issued a voluntary recall of fresh Cauliflower Rice, Veggie Cauliflower Rice Blend and Stir-Fry Mix with Cauliflower, sold in the produce department between Dec. 7 and Dec 18, 2018, due to possible E. coli concerns.
The cauliflower was sold in 10 states, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
