A county prosecutor says this case cried out for jail time because of the abuse of power and betrayal of trust involved.
A Pennsylvania high school math teacher who allegedly began flirting with a 17-year-old student when she chaperoned the 2013 senior prom is admitting in a guilty plea that she had sex with him.
Montgomery County prosecutors say Erica Ginnetti, a married, 33-year-old mother from Philadelphia, approached the 17-year-old boy at the prom last year and asked him if he wanted to work out at her gym.
