19-Year-Old Woman Shot in Francisville Following Argument With Man On Street, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A manhunt is underway for the gunman who shot a 19-year-old woman in Philadelphia's Francisville neighborhood. Police found the woman around 4:40 p.m. Monday inside her apartment on North 20th Street.
The victim told police she and her boyfriend were walking together when they got into an argument with another man.
The suspect then allegedly pulled out a gun and opened fire.
The victim remains in critical condition.
