WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- An oil spill mess for a Wilmington family. Eyewitness News was on Claymont Street Monday morning.
Officials say floodwaters from the remnants of Hurricane Ida flipped a heating oil tank in a home's basement, which caused a spill.
Officials say the basement floor may have to be excavated to clean up the mess.
