Man Shot Overnight In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A man is recovering after he was shot in the chest overnight in West Philadelphia.
It happened just after midnight on Wednesday at 61st and Arch Streets.
Authorities say the victim is now in stable condition.
They're looking to talk to two men seen running from the scene.
So far, there have been no arrests.
