Overturned Tractor-Trailer Causing Delays On Route 55
HARRISON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — An overturned tractor-trailer is causing delays on Route 55 in Gloucester County.
According to police, the incident happened at 4 p.m. near the 55 exit ramp along Route 55 in Harrison Township.
One lane of traffic is getting by on the shoulder.
Hazmat crews have controlled the situation and the spill reportedly consisted of only fuel and that has been contained.
The tractor-trailer's content is unknown but state police say the vehicle will be impounded for further investigation.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
