Celebrate 10 years of tours, storytelling, after hours events and more from Historic Philadelphia's "Once Upon A Nation" program with a day of fun and festivities. Starting at 10 a.m., guests will gather at the Betsy Ross House for a flag raising ceremony, and then at 3, expect a "Military Muster" march and dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence behind Independence Hall. Families are welcome and both events are free.
