Mulled wine is a warm drink served with fruit, raisins, spices and typically a port wine, since it's sweeter. It can be non-alcoholic as well. It is a holiday favorite beverage for the holidays beginning around Halloween and going through most of the winter. The tradition of drinking mulled wine began back in Roman times and could be just what you are looking for to warm you up after a day in the city.

The Black Sheep is a cozy Irish pub with a decent happy hour which also serves Irish dishes such as shepherd's pie. The mulled wine here is called "The Smoking Bishop".
