Date night might be a special time if it typically doesn't happen on a regular basis. Even if it does, maybe you are looking for new ideas for some fun to be had with someone special in your life. Here are five fun options for places to go enjoy your date night in the "City of Brotherly Love."

Mural Art Project
Tickets purchased at The Gallery Market East
9th & Market St. Level 2
Philadelphia, PA 19107

The Mural Arts Project is considered to be the world's largest outdoor art gallery, and it features many local artists. It is not an expensive thing to do on a date and is appreciated by art lovers and outdoor lovers alike. The tour can be seen either by walking, train or trolley. The murals start in various locations throughout the city, so you have options for whether you eat before, during or after the mural tour. There are over 3,000 murals, so you may not see them all on one date. Many murals cover buildings or portions of buildings, and some are interactive with sounds and audio clips. Throughout the year, there are new exhibits that are added to locations in the city.

Most restaurants give you complementary bread; however; Talula's Garden also brings to your table fresh cheeses.

The North Bowl
909 N. 2nd St.
Philadelphia, PA. 19123

If bowling is your thing, you have plenty of options on when to squeeze this in for your date night. The North Bowl is for adults 21 and up after 9 p.m. and is open until 2 am all week. The food here is not your typical bowling alley food and is handcrafted with sustainable meats and local produce. Some of the favorite dishes praised by patrons are the braised short ribs, quesadillas and vegan dumplings. All of the food is artisan quality, but you can still get your typical wings here. Besides bowling, there are also darts and pool.
