Top Bars With Drinking Games In Philadelphia

From the time the first bars and taverns opened their doors in ancient civilizations such as Greece and Rome, innkeepers and bar owners looked for ways to attract new business and keep regular customers. In addition to food and beverages, taverns would often feature live entertainment. At some point, an ingenious bar owner began offering drinking games, and this ply to bring in more business is still holding strong in these Philly bars.
