Temple Student Assaulted, Robbed In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are on the hunt for five suspects wanted for robbing a Temple student.
The incident happened on May 5 around 11:50 p.m. The 20-year-old male student was walking through an alley on the 1800 block of Berks Street when he was approached from behind by five unknown men.
Two of the suspects struck him in the back of his head, knocking him to the ground. While the victim was on the ground, the suspects continued to beat him and took his cell phone.

The men then fled the scene and were last seen south on 18th Street.
The victim was taken to Temple Hospital and treated for a dislocated right shoulder, scrapes to his hands and a bloody nose.
The suspects are described as five black males, 18-23-years-old, four of them were wearing all black clothing and one suspect was wearing light colors.
Police say if you see these suspects do not approach them, but contact 911 immediately.
