Teamsters Local 830, Beer Distributors Agree To New Contract After Striking For Better Wages

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Beer lovers, there's good news.  A labor dispute that threatened to affect beer distribution across the Tri-state has been resolved on Saturday.

The new deal between distributors and the Teamsters Local 830 union includes a 10% wage increase in the first year.

It also includes additional pension, 401k contributions, reduced work hours and an additional paid holiday.

The union went on strike last week, but says you shouldn't see any effects ahead of the fourth of July weekend.
