"We call it American flare with a German flare," said co-owner Brian Hugill.
And make sure you try the Buffalo-inspired "Beef On Weck."
"It's basically a sandwich like you get in every pub, restaurant and tavern in Buffalo like you do cheesesteaks here," said Brian
