Suspect Pleads 'Not Guilty' In Death Of Millville Officer
BRIDGETON, N.J. (AP) -- The man accused of killing a New Jersey police officer in a motor vehicle crash has pleaded not guilty to aggravated manslaughter and other charges.
Timothy Seidel's lawyer entered the plea at the Cumberland County Courthouse Tuesday.
A judge also reduced his $500,000 bail to $400,000.
Authorities say the 23-year-old Commercial Township resident crashed into a Millville police car while fleeing officers on July 8. (See Related Story)
The crash killed 40-year-old Officer Christopher Reeves and injured another officer.
