PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Strip Designer.
You may not have the artistic skill to put together a comic book, but now there's an app that circumvents that problem.
Strip Designer lets you import pictures from your camera and put them into a template to create a comic strip or book. From there, you just add the dialogue and any clip art you want and you end up with a PDF file you can view, print out or share with friends.
