Judge Says SEPTA Worker Can Keep $15K Found On The Road
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Honesty pays off for a SEPTA worker.
He gets to keep $15,000 that he found in the middle of a road in Drexel Hill.
CBS3 reported the story last year of how Bob Tracey stumbled on the cash on state road while heading home from work.

He did the right thing and turned the money in to police.
But after no one claimed the cash for a year, a judge said Tracey gets to keep the entire windfall.
