SEPTA Fox Chase Line Service Resumes Following Brush Fire In Cheltenham
CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- SEPTA has resumed the Fox Chase Regional Rail Line service after it was temporarily suspended due to a brush fire in Cheltenham Township, Tuesday.
Montgomery County firefighters responded to the fire near Tookany Creek Parkway and Johns Road, just before 3 p.m. The fire was near the Lawndale Station.
The fire has since been contained and service to the Fox Chase line resumed around 4 p.m.
There were no reported injuries.
