SEPTA Driver Assaulted On Norristown High Speed Line
HAVERTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – According to SEPTA, a female operator was assaulted by a female passenger on the Norristown High Speed Line Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred on the northbound train at the Ardmore Junction Station.
Haverford Township Police have taken the female suspect into custody and they are handling the investigation.
Police do not believe the driver sustained any serious injuries.
It is unclear at this time what led to the assault.
