Tips for new runners: Stay consistent! It's easy to lose what you've built up and if you fall, get back up and brush yourself off. Nothing is impossible!
Why she runs: I started running when I realized I needed to change my life. I was 14 and extremely overweight. I still remember the day I completed a mile without stopping, as well as a 5k under 35 minutes. I cried tears of joy for both and now I'm happy, healthy and training for 10 miles!
