Key Matchup: PG's Arcidiacono vs. Mason

  • Nova senior captain and point-guard Ryan Arcidiacono is playing some of the best basketball of his life. "Arch" is coming of a 21-point (7-11 FG, 4-7 3PFG, 3-3 FT), four assist, three steal, one turnover performance in Nova's Sweet 16 win over Miami.
  • Arcidiacono will have his hands full on Saturday night against KU's junior point-guard Frank Mason III. Mason is the tone setter for Kansas, averaging over four assists and four rebounds per game this season. Mason had 11 points, five boards, four assists, two steals, and just one turnover in KU's Sweet 16 win over Maryland.
