Red Light Camera Apps
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE -- they're controversial but not illegal: red light camera apps like phantomalert and trapster.
They work by other people reporting when they see a red light camera and alerting drivers with an audible warning. Some authorities think they help -- some officials want them shut down. For now, just remember 10 and 2 when using them.
