Police: Unlit Molotov Cocktails Reportedly Thrown At Lawncrest Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after three unlit molotov cocktails were reportedly thrown at a home in Philadelphia's Lawncrest neighborhood.

It happened at the 6000 block of Reach Street.

According to police, plastic water bottles filled with household chemicals and aluminum foil splattered when they hit the wall.

Police say there was no fire or flame and no damage to property.

A man inside the home got a splash of liquid in his eye.  He was treated by medics on scene.

Philadelphia Police and the Bomb Squad are investigating.

So far, no arrests and no word on a motive.
