Vermont Fugitive Accused Of Killing Girlfriend Believed To Be In Philadelphia, Authorities Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The search is on for a fugitive from Vermont, who is believed to be in Philadelphia. Authorities are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of 37-year-old Leroy Headley.
Police say Headley, who is believed to be living under an alias, shot and killed his girlfriend, and the mother of his children, Annette Lumumba.
She was found dead two weeks ago inside the couple's South Burlington, Vermont home.
