Police: 38-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot In Trenton Triple Shooting
TRENTON, N.J. (CBS) -- Police say a 38-year-old man was fatally shot in a triple shooting in Trenton late Saturday night. Officers responded to reports of multiple people shot on the unit block of Power Street around 11:40 p.m.
Arriving officers located three victims suffering from gunshot wounds outside of a residence on Daymond Street.
Police say 38-year-old Robert Smith was shot in the head. He was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
A 19-year-old man was struck in the buttocks and a 44-year-old man was struck in the back.

Both victims are hospitalized in an unknown condition.
Investigators say there was a large gathering of approximately 30 to 40 people in front of the Daymond Street resident when the area was approached by the suspect or suspects.
Police found more than a dozen shell casings at the scene and two vehicles were also struck.
No arrests have been made at this time.
