Police: 80-Year-Old Woman Dies After Being Hit By Dump Truck In Port Richmond
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An elderly woman is dead after getting hit by a dump truck in Philadelphia's Port Richmond neighborhood. Police say the 80-year-old woman was crossing Aramingo Avenue at Ann Street just before noon Tuesday.
That's when the truck turned left and hit the woman.
According to police, both the truck and woman had a green light.
The driver stayed at the scene and at this point is not facing any charges.
