Planned Power Outage For PECO Customers In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- PECO tells CBS 3 they have a planned outage Sunday evening that will be affecting customers serviced by the Westmoreland substation in North Philadelphia.
The outage will start at 6 p.m. and is expected to last a maximum of three hours.
Around 8,000-10,000 customers will be affected.
PECO says the outage will allow crews to make permanent repairs to the West Moreland substation after a fire sparked at the substation last week.
