Philadelphia Woman Pleads Guilty To Animal Cruelty Charges
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- A 37-year-old Philadelphia woman has pleaded guilty to four counts of animal cruelty for the unsanitary confinement of three dogs and a cat. The Pennsylvania SPCA says Patricia Frazier of the Olney section of the city will pay $400 in fines for keeping two Pomeranians, a Pit Bull and a cat in her Somerville Avenue home.
The Pomeranians are currently in foster care, while the cat and Pit Bull are up for adoption at the PSPCA's Erie headquarters.
