Philadelphia Police Searching For A Missing Child, Woman

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are asking for the public's assistance in finding two missing females.

Police say 7-year-old Marina Muller, of Upper Kensington, was reported missing on February 27, 2012 at 4 p.m. by her mother.

According to police, Marina was picked up by her father, 37-year-old David Searles, a Hispanic male, at 2nd and Spring Garden Streets.

Police say Searles has refused to say where Marina is and won't return her to her mother.

Searles' last known address is on the 2000 block of North Front Street.

Police are also searching for 21-year-old Kimberly Wright who was last seen having a conversation with three males outside the Robinson Ball Room located in the 5700 block of North Broad Street on April 6, 2013 at 5 a.m.

According to police, Kimberly's phone was found inside of the nightclub.

Investigators report her family says Kimberly has a small child and it is out of character for her not to return home.

Anyone with information on either missing person is asked to call police.
