Philadelphia Police: 72-Year-Old Man Dies After Crashing Vehicle Into Wine & Spirits Shop In Holmesburg
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 72-year-old man has died after crashing into a Wine & Spirits store in Philadelphia's Holmesburg section Friday. The crash happened at the store at 3521 Cottman Avenue just after 10:30 a.m.
Police say the man crashed a black Nissan Pathfinder into the business. He was transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
There is no word on what led to the crash.
