Philadelphia Police: Missing 1-Year-Old Child, His 17-Year-Old Father Found Safe
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A missing 1-year-old and his 17-year-old father were found safe, police say. Philadelphia police say 17-year-old Mark Smith and his 1-year-old child, Kazim Valez, were located in good health around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Officials initially requested the public's help locating the pair on Saturday afternoon.
