Philadelphia Boy Scouts Honor Victims Of Gun Violence With Memorial At Dell Music Center
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Boy Scouts in Philadelphia honored victims of gun violence by erecting a memorial to some. Boy Scout Troop 126 held a ceremony at the Dell Music Center on Strawberry Mansion Drive.
Scout Ryan Armstrong dedicated his Eagle project to the families of ten victims by planting trees.
Armstrong also showed respect to their families with commemorative plaques.
