Barricaded Man Arrested After Leaving Path of Destruction In Fairmount
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- A barricaded man is in custody tonight after police say he left a path of destruction in Fairmount.
Investigators tell CBS3 the suspect was behind the wheel of a car that crashed into several parked vehicles near 21st and Brown.
It's alleged he pulled a gun on several people who tried to stop him and then ran into a building at 26th and Parrish.
After a short standoff, officers arrested the suspect around 9:30 p.m.
Police say he may have been driving under the influence.
