MILLVILLE, NJ (CBS) – A police investigation is underway after a toddler may have accidentally drowned in an outdoor fish pond at a New Jersey day care.

Millville Police received a call Tuesday morning reporting a 15-month-old boy possibly drowned.

Upon arrival at the Sunshine Day Care, located on the 900 block of Shar Lane, officers found an unresponsive toddler.

The day care's owner, 58-year-old Roxanne Lacy, told police that she was somewhat attending to another child and once she returned to the yard she noticed the toddler had fallen into an outdoor goldfish pond.
