Non Invasive Treatments for Joint Pain

There are many non-invasive or conservative treatments for joint pain, according to Dr. Drew Krajeski, an orthopedic surgeon at St. Mary Medical Center. He suggests that pain caused by age, arthritis and injury can often be relieved without surgery. Exercises to strengthen the muscles and mobilize the joints can help, along with anti-inflammatory medications or injections of steroids.
