Motorcycle Accident Leaves One Dead, One Injured

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Authorities say a man is dead and a woman critically injured in an accident Friday evening in Northeast Philadelphia.

It was around 6:45 when police say a motorcycle collided with a jeep near Grant Avenue and Academy Road.

Both people on the motorcycle were taken to the hospital where the 33-year-old man was pronounced dead.

Nobody in the jeep was hurt.
