MARLTON, N.J. (CBS) -- The winning ticket for Wednesday night's $337 million Powerball drawing was sold in Michigan, but two $1 million tickets were sold in South Jersey and Berks County.
The winning numbers were: 6, 27, 46, 51, 56 with the Powerball number 21.
In all, there was a total of eight $1 million tickets sold. The $1 million tickets match all 5 numbers, but not the Powerball number.
The big winning ticket was sold in Lapeer, Michigan; but a lottery spokesperson says a $1 million ticket was sold the 7-Eleven on East Main Street in Marlton, New Jersey.
In addition, a second $1 million ticket was sold at Meat Market in Oley, Pennsylvania -- that's in Berks County near Reading. Both stores hope the winner is a regular.
Ted Kazmierczak who owns Andre's Meat Market along Route 73 in Oley says there's a lot of excitement in the small, rural community where people are wondering who the latest millionaire is.
"Everyone's coming in here had been ecstatic for 'em. They're very happy that someone around here won," said store owner Kazmierczak.
Kazmierczak says he suspects it's someone from the Oley area. He says sales were pretty brisk the past few days.
"I'm guessing around 3,000 tickets. We're a 3,600 square-foot store, so we're on the small side and obviously we're out in the country so we wouldn't do as much as someone down in your neck of the woods."
Kazmierczak says the $5,000 commission check the business gets for selling the winning ticket comes at the right time because of a major failure of one of his freezer units.
"Well, one of our compressors blew up last week. So that's about $3,000. So, you could say, most of it could be technically spent."
At the 7-11 on Main Street in Marlton there was an air of excitement as people who bought Powerball tickets here for Wednesday nights drawing hoped they had the ticket with five winning numbers, sold from the store's machine.
"Yesterday I played $20," said Matthew Leight.
"My guys said the lottery rep was in and that we had a tier two winner," said store owner Misha Alkiyal.
On Wednesday both stores had been busy with people full of dreams and plans for the money.
"Help my children, myself, my grandchildren and some other needy people," said Lolita Wilson.
They are now happy for the winners.
"I thought it was fantastic, you never know," Wilson said
NJ lottery officials say the Marlton store's commission on the ticket is $500.
