23-Year-Old Man Killed While Walking His Dog In Philadelphia's Kensington Neighborhood, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police hope surveillance video will help them solve a murder in Kensington. Investigators say a 23-year-old man was walking his dog near Frankford Avenue and Atlantic Street late on Tuesday night when two men opened fire.
He died at the hospital less than a half hour later.
Police say the gunfire hit two cars and a boarding house, but no one inside was injured.
