Woman Finds Possible Record-Breaking 5-Pound Avocado During Walk
HAWAII (CBS) -- A woman in Hawaii out on a morning walk makes a big find as she comes across what could be the world's heaviest avocado.
Pamela Wang found an avocado that weighs 5.23 pounds on the Big Island.
The Guinness World Records website says the current record-holding avocado weights 4.8 pounds.
That one was found in Venezuela in 2009.
Wang submitted her find to Guinness.
She's waiting to find out if it will claim the record.
