Fatal Motorcycle Accident On Roosevelt Boulevard
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A motorcyclist was killed Saturday afternoon after losing control of their motorcycle traveling east bound on C Street, crossing Roosevelt Boulevard.
Police say when the motorcycle lost control, it skidded with the driver into another vehicle traveling west bound on C Street.
Authorities tell us this happened just before 1:00 Saturday afternoon. The driver of the 2005 Suzuki Motorcycle was transported to Einstein Medical Center for major head trauma. The driver was pronounced dead around 2:30 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle involved did not sustain any injuries and did stay on scene.
