Elderly Woman Struck By Vehicle In Center City Dies
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 78-year-old woman has died after being struck by a vehicle in Center City, police say.
Authorities say the accident happened on 15th and Locust Streets around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say the driver remained on the scene.
The victim was pronounced dead at Jefferson Hospital just before 3 p.m.
No word on the victim's identity.
No arrests have been made at this time.
