By Hadas Kuznits

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - If you're hanging out in Center City Sunday you might get an eyeful as those participating in the Philly Naked Bike Ride cruise through your neighborhood.

Karenina, a co-organizer of the 5th annual Philly Naked Bike Ride says the goal is to raise awareness about the vulnerability of bicyclists and also to promote body acceptance.

"And being on a bike where you are human powered -- like you are powering this machine to go fast so that alone gives you this sense of amazement with your body and then being naked and just realizing how gorgeous you are," said Karenina.

She has some tips for the 3,000 people expected to participate.

"Tape your clothes to your frame and wrap your t-shirt around your seat because not only does that make it more comfortable and more hygienic, then you have your t-shirt on your seat if you want to put it on later," she said.

"That's the nice thing about riding with your clothes, you don't really have to commit to being naked," said Kuznits.

"Absolutely! That's like the other side of the problem where you encourage people to carry their clothes with them because sometimes people think -- oh wait, what do I do with my clothes I just have a bike and they give them to their friend! And then they get a flat tire!" said Karenina.
