PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Cross Wars.
Crosswords are getting a 21st century update. Cross Wars makes the solitary pasttime a two-player game, where you battle opponents to fill out more squares.
The basic gameplay is the same: You'll get vague clues to the answer and make your guess from there, then your opponent will take their turn. Just watch out for the rather intrusive in-app purchase options here.
