Crews Work To Repair Water Main Break In Lawncrest
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Crews are working to repair a water main break in Philadelphia's Lawncrest neighborhood.
Crews responded at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday to the 1000 block of Van Kirk Street.
The Philadelphia Water Department says an eight-inch main broke and about 70 homes are without water.
The department says they are on scene and service is expected to be restored in about eight hours.
